All rates are based on double occupancy
- Each additional person in guest house is $10 per night.
- Advance reservations preferred by phone at 419-602-1009 however feel free to email us.
- Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express and Debit card are accepted at time of reservation to guarantee your dates. We accept balance of payment with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Card and Cash.
- We're sorry, we do not accept travelers checks or personal checks on single night rentals.
- There must be at least one adult over 21.
- Children 10 years of age and older are welcome, but must be supervised by parent or guardian at all times and will be held responsible for any damages.
- Pets are not permitted unless previous arrangements have been discussed.
- Smoking is NOT permitted in guest house, outside only.
- Our insurance prohibits the use of candles or open flame in guest house.
- No illegal drugs permitted on premises.
- Published discounts can not be combined
- We are open year round.
- Guest House is Self Catering however your hosts, Paul and Janell will be available between 8am and 6pm and for emergencies.

Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be recieved prior to 72 hours of your arrival date to get a full refund of monies paid. If you do not call to make a formal cancellation with us, we will charge your credit card the monies due us for the full reservation dates you reserved with Harpster-Davenport Guest House.
We cannot accept e-mail cancellations, therefore, if you must cancel, please call 1-419-602-1009 and obtain a cancellation number. The cancellation number is proof that you have made a secured cancellation.
Early departures are subject to cancellation policies and full payment is required.
All cancellation policies apply to "no shows". Your credit card will be charged for all nights reserved.

Housekeeping Services
Your guest house is always clean upon arrival.
For stays of 6 days or less, there are no additional housekeeping services. For longer stays during the summer season, weekly housekeeping is provided which includes the bath, vaccum, light dusting and linen change. During winter months, we offer a change of linens every seven days.
Guests are expected to maintain a clean guest house apartment at all times, including at their time of departure.
Cleaning product, supplies, broom and vaccum are supplied in guest house for your convenience.
All linens are washed upon guest departure.
Further housekeeping services can be arranged at additional costs.

Extended Stay Payments and Reservations
We accept credit card payment (MasterCard, VISA, Discover and Debit Card) for summer weekly rental rates at the time of booking.
Most discounted, extended stay, winter weekly and all monthly rates must be paid by check, cash, Mastercard and VISA in advance of arrival.
50% of the total is due within 3 days of initial reservation.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival at which time all deposits become nonrefundable.
We offer discounted rates for extended stays which is considered 2 weeks. Special deposit and payment arrangements apply and will be discussed at the time of booking for extended stay reservations.
