Reservations - Rates
 - Policies
$109.00 per night (includes all taxes)

All rates are based on double occupancy.
Each additional person is $15.00 per night. 

  • From Memorial Day Weekend through mid October, a two-night minimum is required, however we will make exceptions when at all possible.  Holiday weekends require a three-night minimum stay. 
  • Our season rate begins May to October which is currently reflected. Our nightly rate reduces late October to April for off season. These rates do not apply to our affordable "extended stay" rates.  Please inquire for extended stay rates.
  • Advance reservations preferred by phone at 419-602-1009 however feel free to email us if you have any questions.
  • Deposits:  A deposit of one night's rate is required at the time of the reservation for a one to three night stay.  Four or more nights and special packages, 50% of the total is required at the time of reservation.
  • Reservations made less than 5 days prior to the arrival date will be charged in full at reservation and are non-refundable.
  • All deposits must be made by credit card at time of reservation.
  • We're sorry, but we do not accept travelers checks, personal checks or Paypal.
  • There must be at least one adult over 21.  Children 10 years of age and older are welcome, but must be supervised by parent or guardian and will be held responsible for any damages incurred.
  • We are unable to accommodate pets however we have a relationship established with a local kennel if you would like to bring your pet along on your vacation.  
  • Smoking is limited to outside only.  Our insurance prohibits the use of candles or open flame in guest house. 

  • No illegal drugs permitted on premises.

  • We do not charge a cleaning fee, however we will place a charge on your credit card to satisfy a negative situation if one or more of the following is apparent:  guest house was not cleaned up when you departed, any damages to furnishings or content of guest house, personal property of guest house is missing, if anyone has smoked inside the guest house, animals or pets were in guest house.  Please treat the property with respect.

  • Published discounts can not be combined

  • We are open year round.

  • Guest House is self-catering, however your hosts Paul and Janell will be available for your convenience and emergencies.  



Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a $30 processing fee.

If notification of a cancellation is received more than (30) days prior to your reserved arrival date, your reservation deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $30.00 

If notification of a cancellation is received (29) days or less prior to your arrival date, the full reservation deposit will be forfeited unless reservation can be rebooked in full. We always do our very best to make that happen.  If notification of a cancellation is received (15) days or less prior to your arrival date, you are responsible to pay the full resevation amount and the unpaid balance will be charged to your credit card on file you used when you made the reservation or you will be billed.

There are no refunds for early departure.
We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.
Should you fail to cancel your reservation and/or do not arrive at the Guest House, you are monetarily responsible for the entire reserved stay.  Your credit card on file will be charged and/or you will be billed for the balance

All cancellations must be made by phone to receive a cancellation confirmation number.
We are not responsible for messages left on voicemail or through email.


Housekeeping Services

Your guest house is always clean upon arrival. 
For stays of 7 nights or less, there are no additional housekeeping services.  For longer stays during both summer and winter season, weekly housekeeping is provided which includes the bath, vacuum, light dusting and linen change.  

Guests are expected to maintain a clean guest house apartment at all times, including at their time of departure. 

Cleaning product, supplies, broom and vacuum are supplied in guest house for your convenience. 

Further housekeeping services can be arranged at additional costs.


Extended Stay
and Reservation Information

We accept credit card payments (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Debit Card) at the time of booking.

Most discounted, extended stay, winter weekly and all monthly rates must be paid by check, cash, Mastercard, VISA or Discover in advance of arrival.   50% of the total is due within 3 days of initial reservation.  The balance is due 30 days before arrival at which time all deposits become nonrefundable
.  We do accept PO's and will bill companies on a monthly basis when applicable.

Extended stays require a security deposit of a minimum of $300.00 or one months rent which will be applied to your credit card at the time of reservation.  A cleaning fee will be charged in the amount of $75.00.  The balance of your security deposit will refunded to you following your departure if Guest House is left clean and belongings and premises have not suffered any damages or items removed from premises.

We offer special rates for
extended stays which is considered 2 weeks or more.  Special deposit and payment arrangements apply and will be discussed at the time of booking for extended stay reservations.
